I've been visiting Icon the last three years when visiting Hobart, for their amazing selection of great-looking, high quality and functional shoes. In particular I go for the German brand Trippens, which are architectural works of art and comfort. Last time I checked, Icon are the ONLY stockists in Australia, so it's a real privilege to be able to try from their curated selection. On each occasion the staff have been knowledgeable and helpful, with really genuine beautiful personalities. This is a must-do for any visitors, and a real gem for those lucky enough to live locally. I'll see you next Dark Mofo!

I went into Icon Footwear today and got amazing service, despite walking in half an hour before closing. The staff member who assisted me was in the middle of something else but stopped their task to see if I needed any assistance and then spent the next twenty minutes helping me find a shoe that suited my needs. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and they were patient and personable. Thanks Icon Footwear!

Third time I've shopped here and had excellent service each time. Have bought variety of styles, boots, sandles and casual flats. All are top quality and comfortable, so worth paying a bit more as they last and last. Well done Icon Footwear, now my first and last stop shop.

I just had to share my recent find from Icon Footwear – their fabulous women's sandals! I added a pair to my collection yesterday, and I couldn't be happier. These sandals are not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. Icon Footwear knows how to nail both fashion and function. Cheers to a great addition to my wardrobe! Very ICONic

I’ve been buying all my shoes here for 15 years. They are so well made they last for years, able to get new inner soles and laces. Excellent customer service

I've been shopping here for years, and a recent experience purchasing some gorgeous boots really cemented how much I like what Icon Footwear offers. Service is fantastic with staff who know me and give me terrific advice, products are always the finest quality, and the after care is amazing - Icon repair and give great advice on care and extending the life of your shoes. It's a fantastic place to get shoes. I'll be shopping here well into the future.

I really recommend this store. I often buy shoes here because the sizes are sufficient and the service is very attentive! The staff here are very patient and professional and the boss is also very friendly and humorous! My mom found very satisfactory shoes here! It is one of the most satisfactory shoe stores in Hobart! I will definitely come again!

Icon is one of my favourite shops: a great range of high quality shoes, in interesting styles and cool colours. I bought the wrong size in the sale and the owner graciously allowed me to exchange them so that I wouldn't pinch my toes. Feeling grateful for such a unique shop and excellent service. Thanks Icon!
